GENERAL RULES
The general rules governing the sale of tickets are those set by the Ordinance regulating the public price for attendance at the Pollença Festival performances, approved by the City Council.
All concerts will begin promptly at 10 pm; After this time, entry to the venue will only be allowed during the break between pieces of the program, if there is one. It is not allowed for people outside the organization to take photographs, film or recordings.
You can not smoke inside the courtyard of the Cloister, or the use of fans or the like, and you can not enter any type of container.
The programs, ensembles, artists, dates, times and venues may be affected by causes beyond the control of the Festival organization, which, whenever possible, will give timely notice.
Returns or changes of locations or reservations will only be accepted, due to suspension, change of date, change of artist or complete change of a program. In these cases, changes of seats and reservations will only be accepted up to 48 hours before the concert, and the refund of the amount can be made until September 30.
The person who has bought and / or holds the tickets expressly accepts the transfer, due to meteorological reasons, of the concerts of the Cloister of Santo Domingo to the venues that the Festival organization announces, and that it will not be possible, in this case, to respect the location of the acquired localities
